About the Role Our client is seeking a Structures Director to join and lead their design team in Dubai, UAE or Riyadh, KSA. As the Structures Director you will play a pivotal role in the structural design process from concept to completion. Responsibilities will involve advising on technical matters in core discipline, managing quality and technical compliance, monitoring work and liaising with consultants, contractors and other disciplines at all levels. You will have demonstrable leadership skills, commercial awareness, administrative skills and delegation, negotiation and presentation skills.
