Job Summary :-

Senior sales representatives are responsible for driving sales growth by :-

  • Identifying and qualifying leads: This involves researching potential customers and determining if they are a good fit for your company's products or services.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients: This is essential for building trust and closing deals.
  • Conducting compelling sales presentations and negotiating deals: You will need to be able to communicate effectively and persuasively to win over clients.
  • Closing deals and consistently exceeding sales targets : This is the ultimate goal of any salesperson.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support: This is important for building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity: This will help you to stay ahead of the competition and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Preparing accurate sales reports and forecasts: This is important for tracking your progress and making informed decisions about your sales activities.
  • Collaborating with marketing and other departments to achieve common goals: Sales is a team effort, so you will need to be able to work effectively with others.

Duties and Responsibilities :-

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed assigned quotas.
  • Identify and qualify leads.

Job Specifications :-

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

Skills and Abilities :-

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to follow directions.
  • Ability to get tasks done with little or no supervision.
  • Highly energetic as the job would occasionally require lifting of object of average weight
  • Preference for Saudis.
