Secretary

Job description:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Serve and Prepare refreshments for management and guests.
Answer telephone calls.
Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
Manage database entry.

Qualifications:

Proven working experience as Secretary.
Responsible and trustworthy.
Warm personality with strong communication skills.
High School graduate.
preferable to have secretarial institute degree.
Good skills in MS office
Must be living in khaldeh or nearby suburbs.
Can start immediately.
