Interior designer for interior fit out and furniture company in UAE, the position is full time duty in Cairo office. You'll be responsible for the following.
- Study the received data, information for the project from Client or head office
- Prepare mood boards showing the style of design and type of proposed materials and finishes.
- Prepare 2D and 3D interior design presentation by using the related software.
- Prepare 3D exterior design presentation will be an advantage.
- Work on design development for the required projects.
- Lead all design process for the project until project completion.
- provide CAD design drawings to technical team whenever needed.
- Coordinate with Sales /Project managers/Factory teams to ensure using accurate sizes and reality materials and finishes in design, and to ensure that design works within project budget.
- Work closely with other related departments (production, QS, Estimation, procurement, sales, finance, operations, etc.) and Manage the correspondence and meetings with head office and clients
- Coordinate with Technical office engineer to ensure that design has been reflected clearly in shop drawings.
- Support the site and production teams with any design solutions required during the production and execution of the projects.
Bachelor's degree in interior and furniture design Applied arts, fine arts, Architectural engineering6 -10 years’ experience as an Interior designer in interior design office or interior fit out contractor or consultant.Proficiency in Auto CAD, Photoshop, 3Ds Max, V Ray, Corona, Lumion and all other relevant software and tools.Experience in exterior design and landscape design is a plus.Experience in producing animation videos for interior and exterior design is a plus. You must have strong portfolio of previous works with high end quality of renders and reality photosExperience in color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and artworks.You must have updated knowledge of design styles,new material and finishes.You must be Creative and talented, with imagination and artistic eye for design.Well-spoken and presentable with strong communication skills.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form.Nearby residence of Nasr city Cairo is preferable.Please submit portfolio with work samples along with your CV, so we can able to review and consider your application.
