Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver lessons that align with curriculum standards and educational objectives.
Create engaging and interactive teaching materials, activities, and assessments.
Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the needs of individual students and diverse learning styles.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and motivation.
Assess student progress through tests, quizzes, projects, and assignments.
Provide constructive feedback to students and collaborate with parents/guardians on student development.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities.
Stay updated on educational best practices, teaching methodologies, and curriculum developments.
Ensure compliance with school policies, regulations, and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
Proven experience as a Teacher or Educator, preferably in a school setting.
Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and learning.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
