- Responsible for achieving the financial goals set for the factory. Works to establish sales budgets, monitor revenues, and analyze financial results to identify opportunities and future improvements.

- Builds and fosters strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Deals with customer inquiries, provides technical advice and necessary information, and works to solve problems and meet customer needs.

- Follows up on industrial trends, analyzes market behavior and competitors' movements in ready-mix concrete industry, and presents reports and recommendations to management on improvements and adjustments needed to enhance the factory's position in the market.
