This position is responsible for the physical fabrication, assembly & wiring  of control panels for low voltage MDB & MCC panels (Direct on line, Star delta, Soft starters, Variable frequency drives). You are required to fabricate enclosures & sheet steel, following the layouts provided by the design department including the physical mounting of components to the back panel, wiring of all components. All duties and works must be performed in accordance with all company policies and procedures of safety & quality. Knowledge in Automation (SCADA) is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Use of proper measurements for Fabrication duties, considering the use of the safety kit & operation.
• Mounting of components to back panels and enclosures.
• Routing and bundling of wire and cables neatly to meet wiring standards.
• Point to point wiring of relays, controls, PLCs, I/O Modules, VFDs, Interfaces, & Instrumentation including cable marking.
• Verify proper wiring of components as per the EWD to avoid rejection of QC department.
• Maintain drawing mark-ups of changes required during fabrication.
• Communicate changes or challenges to Engineer or Team Leader for revision prior to completion.
• Communicates effectively with all team members, leads, builders, engineers and the Project Manager.
• The ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Attention to details and neatness of work.
• Perform other duties as assigned or as needed.

Qualifications and others :-

• A resident of Saudi Arabia, in Riyadh is a plus.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Technical school attendance is a plus.
• Ability to understand and work from schematics.
• Knowledge of electrical theory and terminology required.
• 0-3 Years of experience in electrical panel building.
