Job Description:

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Freelance Commission-Based Sales Agent to join our team and drive sales of safety shoes in Saudi Arabia, focusing on the cities of Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah.
• As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of safety footwear to businesses and organizations in various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target IMPORTERS & direct clients in industries such as construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, logistics, and others where safety footwear is essential.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of our safety shoes.
• Understand the specific safety requirements and regulations applicable to different industries and tailor product offerings accordingly.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting the needs of customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the safety footwear or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey product information.
• Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market, particularly in Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah, and an understanding of local business practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and access to transportation for client visits.
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages is preferred.
