About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia and play a key role in supporting healthcare clients. If you’re passionate about transforming patient care through technology and enjoy building long-term client relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients post-implementation
- Drive user adoption and satisfaction across client sites
- Provide consultative support and ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including implementation, support, and product
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare environment (hospitals, clinics, health tech, etc.)
- Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
- Experience with HIS/EMR implementation is a strong advantage
- Based in or open to relocating to Saudi Arabia
