Our client is a leading Saudi clothing company that specialize in discount brand clothing retail. running nineteen existing outlets and plans to add more in the future. The company aims at increasing operational excellence and corporate performance.

On behalf of our client, We're looking for a competent Retail Operations Manager with proven work experience in clothing industry to help achieve business objectives.

You will ensure smooth operations of routine and non-routine retail activities and processes for all chain stores. This includes, but not limited to, leadership of sales team, management of sales operations, management of retail budget, display management, customer service and customer relations management, roster management, sales analysis and reporting, facilities management, stock management and enforcement of HSE standard and practices in workplace.

You will review the current systems design and propose changes to Managing Director. You will also propose new changes to the current hierarchy, enforce company procedures and review current workflows. You will analyse sales mix, sales trends, forecast future sales numbers, improve sales volumes and revenues by forecasting, setting and assigning sales quotas, redefining sales territories, and enhancing workplace quality and image. You will work closely with marketing team to monitor competitors moves, forecast future demands, analyse and segment markets, analyse and forecast consumer behaviour and price merchandise profitably and competitively.

Requirements:            

You ideally have a bachelor’s degree in business administration from a reputable university and proven 10 years of experience in clothing retail management on both strategic and operational levels. You are a people leader with strong coaching and performance management skills. You are a timely decision maker, results-driven and bottom-line oriented. You have excellent planning, organization and execution skills. You are a change leader capable to elevate current performance into a new level of excellence. Experience in Gulf area is an asset.
