We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager / Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, KSA.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the showroom, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify customer needs and provide technical consultation and tailored solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and industry professionals
• Oversee product displays and demonstrations to maximize customer engagement
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support sales activities
• Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or showroom management within the professional AV, lighting, or staging industry
• Strong understanding of technical equipment and solutions in the AV and event production sector
• Proven ability to drive sales performance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English (spoken and written) is a strong advantage
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
