About the job :-

  • We are looking for someone passionate about building the next big thing and making a true impact in the region. This person will be responsible for our storytelling across a variety of the company's social media channels.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Orchestrating digital content strategies across all online platforms for the company - support management of social media content calendar and scheduling.
  • Manage the overall process of content execution liaising with content writers and illustrators to ensure all translated contents are converted to necessary creative assets across end-to-end-user touchpoint.
  • Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to disseminate content.
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter ,Snap, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
  • Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms - Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news).
  • Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms.
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategy with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-quality visual assets, including graphics, videos, and image.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase social media engagement, including creating interactive content, running contests, and encouraging user generated content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices to optimize content performance.
  • Research and identify target audience demographics, interests, and behaviors to tailor content and ad strategies accordingly.
  • Design and implement effective social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Continuously test and optimize content, ad formats, targeting, and messaging to improve performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key insights, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor social media metrics such as likes, comments, shares, and click-through rates to track engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize posting schedules and frequency based on audience activity and engagement patterns to maximize visibility and interaction.

Competencies :-

  • Strong understanding of social media channels.
  • Creative skills, ability to generate ideas for different platforms.
  • Copywriting.
  • Content Management (ideally, we would want to see some examples of your work).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a human-first approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.

Required Experience :-

  • Proficiency with social media analytics tools.
