  • Preparing the annual training plan and measuring the results of the training programs according to the company’s strategic objectives
  • Coordinating with training centers, institutes and training institutions to implement training courses for employees according to the approved training plan and budget
Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, management, or a related field.
  2. More than 7 - 13 years experience in the field of training.
  3. Microsoft Office Programs.
  4. Fluent in English.
