At least 10 - 15 years of banking experience with atleast 8 years of digital transformation or technology transformation jobs. Experience in KSA or GCC region is a plus

Job description
1- Facilitate work of the selected work streams by shaping the agenda and ensure its disciplined execution through a set of defined initiatives Commission research on national, regional and global level on best practices and benchmarks
2- Research and gather knowledge on latest trends in digital transformation and reflect them in the future work of digital strategy
3- Create and leverage personal networks in the worldwide digital banking and technology community of people and companies to get access to the latest knowledge pool to be used in enhancing and elevating the digital ambition Of Client and the banking digital commitee.
4- Constantly contribute to execution of the digital banking initiatives as well as come up with ideas and initiatives to continuously bring it up to the next level
5- Help identify new trends in Fintech and technology and facilitate their introduction to the bank or the KSA market Requirements.
