Organizational Effectiveness Consultant

  • Organization Capability & Strategic Consulting:
  • Understand the current capabilities.
  • Collaborate with HRBP/Business leaders to identify gaps in key capabilities needed for business growth.
  • Translate business strategy and value chains into operational models and capabilities.
  • Provide solutions for individual, team, and organizational challenges.
  • Analyze organizational layers, spans, and compression.
  • Drive improvements in organization agility, efficiency, empowerment, and data quality.
  • Strategic growth agenda with business and people strategies.
  • Identify and implement changes in operating models to enhance agility and efficiency.
  • Support L1 Business/Function(s) in setting strategic transformation agendas.
  • Advise EVP/VP's/GM's with HRBP on complex challenges and capability gaps.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address organization capability and performance gaps.
  • Influence the 2-5 year change landscape and prioritize interventions.

  • Operating Models Efficiency & Effectiveness:
  • Strategic growth agenda with business and people strategies.
  • Identify and implement changes in operating models to enhance agility and efficiency.
  • Support L1 Business/Function(s) in setting strategic transformation agendas.
  • Advise EVP/VP's/GM's with HRBP on complex challenges and capability gaps.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address organization capability and performance gaps.
  • Influence the 2-5 year change landscape and prioritize interventions.
Must Have
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, but a master's degree or MBA in HR, Organizational Psychology & Behavior, Organizational Change, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with at least 9 years of experience in Change or Transformation design and delivery, or HRBP experience, are preferred.
  • Internal candidates are given preference, especially those with extensive experience in Organizational Development, Organization Design & Effectiveness, and Change Management.
  • Demonstrates business acumen, influencing abilities, and relationship-building skills.
  • Skilled in planning, tracking, reporting, and organizing.
  • Committed to long-term strategic planning and budgeting support.
