We are seeking individuals with a collection of ambition, exceptional talent, and essential skills. This role demands someone who can lead sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and inspire a high-performing team. Part of your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Manageeverydayactivities, plan and assign work ensuring you always have the right staffing numbers.
• Drive a great working environment for teams to thrive – connect departments to create sense of one team.
• Hit allpersonal/team sales goals and maximize profitability.
• Achieve budgeted revenues and personal/team sales goals and maximize profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts in order to produce group and/or convention business, to include room sales, food & beverage sales, and catering/banquet services.

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent inmarketing or related field.
• Two to four years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
