Asst. Manager, B&I and Remote Sites

  • Assist in managing, directing, and monitoring the overall performance organisation with a special focus on the logistic department.
  • Develop and provide directions and guidance to the day-to-day operatsetting as an example of commitment, organisation and process experethics and habits and personal character.
  • Eff ective liaison with support of and assistance to the whole of the orga
  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation, trips for internclients and according to the project needs, extreme lining processes tocustomer service.
  • Support the direct manager, developing organization plans to achieve attending, scheduling, and coordinating meetings as necessary.
  • Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implemeimprovements.
  • Subject to agreed criteria, manage performance, development, coachisupport of all team members to ensure targets are met.
  • Reporting (content and format as agreed) as required.
  • Participate in the development and preparation of the strategy and genplanning of the organisation with a special focus in logistics.
