Our Client is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded General Manager to lead their thriving 3S Automotive Dealership in KSA who will be steering their automotive dealership operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring an exceptional standard of customer service. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the dealership's overall business strategy, aligning with brand objectives and market conditions, while providing clear strategic plans for both startup and expansion phases. - Manage all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, service, spare parts, and customer service, ensuring adherence to brand standards across all 3S levels. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and achieve market share goals. - Work closely with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and promotions, enhancing brand visibility. - Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities, improve sales, and enhance customer satisfaction. - Establish and enforce operational standards to ensure efficient and customer-centric operations. - Oversee the implementation of best practices for service quality, timely repairs, and parts availability. - Collaborate with the procurement team to maintain optimal inventory levels of vehicles, spare parts, and accessories. - Implement policies and practices that enhance the overall dealership experience, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Develop and manage the dealership's budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective measures. - Stay informed and ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Oversee, in collaboration with local and Group HR, the recruitment and training of staff across sales, service, and spare parts departments, fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment. Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). - 5+ years' experience as a General Manager in the automotive industry in KSA. - In-depth knowledge of automotive sales, service, and spare parts with familiarity with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Experience in startup and fast-paced growth environments is highly desirable. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
