Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Electrical and Plumbing Technician to join our team in [city/region], KSA. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficient maintenance of our Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) by providing expertise in electrical and plumbing systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining a wide range of electrical and plumbing equipment, adhering to the highest safety standards and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Electrical:
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment in QSRs,identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults promptly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring the safety of staff and customers.
  • Install new electrical equipment and wiring according to established standards and safety regulations.
  • Perform electrical testing and measurements to ensure system integrity and compliance with codes.
  • Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed, including repairs,installations, and maintenance activities.
• Plumbing:
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems and fixtures in QSRs, including drains, water lines, and sanitation equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing leaks,blockages, and other malfunctions promptly and effectively.
  • Install new plumbing fixtures and equipment according to approved standards and specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning drains, traps, and grease interceptors.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable plumbing codes and regulations.
• General:
  • Respond promptly to emergency repair calls and service requests, resolving issues within established timeframes to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Work collaboratively with other facilities and maintenance personnel to ensure seamless coordination and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in electrical and plumbing systems and maintenance practices.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on advancements in electrical and plumbing technologies and best practices through ongoing training and development.

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma or equivalent qualification in electrical and plumbing engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical and Plumbing Technician,preferably in the QSR industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical and plumbing systems, principles, and practices.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and plumbing problems efficiently.
• Experience with preventive maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Proficient in using relevant tools and equipment.
• Working knowledge of KSA electrical and plumbing codes and regulations (a plus)
• Have a valid driving license
