Responsibilities:

• Preparing course materials, Planning lessons and activities with a creative approach
• Conducting activities and lessons based on ESL teaching methodologies.
• Encouraging and engaging students to learn and speak in English.
• Motivating students and creating a pleasant learning environment.
• Displaying excellent classroom management.
• Keeping track records of student performance and customizing learning experience for better achievement.
• Engaging in a continuous improvement process both personally and institutionally.

Requirements:

• A degree in the English Language
• Energetic personality.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Neutral and clear English accent.
• Good knowledge of different English accents and dialects.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications and the internet
• Ability to teach students of all ages and from different backgrounds.
• Ability to work after-hours, on weekends, and on public holidays, as required.
• Display patience and cultural awareness.
• Great organizational and communication skills
