We are looking for a Contract Advisor with the following details :
Location : Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Duration : 12 months
Work Status : Residential, Single
Candidate must be already in Saudi with transferable IQAMA
Role :
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
Provide expert legal and commercial advice on contractual risks and opportunities to internal stakeholders across various departments.
Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and negotiation through execution, amendment, and termination.
Develop and implement contract management best practices and standardized templates to improve efficiency and consistency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in contract, preferably within the Oil and Gas
Proven track record of successfully negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements.
With experience in similar role.
