About the Role

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Manager, HSE to lead Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives and personnel. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, and involves coordinating the delivery of HSE products and services to support business operations and shared services.

Role Overview

The Manager, HSE is accountable for the performance and results within a related discipline or sub-group. This role provides leadership and direction to team members, contributing to the development of functional strategy and potentially overseeing global processes and procedures. The position requires interfacing and negotiating with regulatory bodies, clients, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives and personnel.
• Coordinate the delivery of HSE products and services to operations and shared services personnel, supporting business acquisition and execution.
• Interface and negotiate with regulatory bodies, clients, and subcontractors.
• Execute processes directly impacting training, report writing, quality control, and plan development and implementation.
• Incorporate health standards directed by regulatory agencies to prevent hazards and diseases at work sites.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead HSE initiatives effectively.
• Experience in coordinating HSE services and products.
• Proficiency in interacting with regulatory bodies, clients, and subcontractors.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role operates under general direction, focusing on the performance and results of a specific discipline within the function.
