About the Role

SiiRA is seeking a Mid-Level Odoo Developer to join its technology team. This is a part-time, remote position based in Saudi Arabia, requiring 5-10 years of experience. The role focuses on developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP solutions across various business modules.

Role Overview

The Odoo Developer will be responsible for delivering scalable applications that enhance operational efficiency. This involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and key stakeholders to translate functional specifications into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and deploy custom Odoo modules and business workflows aligned with requirements.
• Enhance and extend existing core Odoo applications, including Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, and HR.
• Develop and maintain RESTful / JSON-RPC APIs for integrating Odoo with external platforms, payment gateways, e-commerce, and third-party services.
• Design efficient PostgreSQL queries, models, and ORM methods to ensure optimal system speed and data integrity.
• Build dynamic front-end views using JavaScript, XML, HTML/CSS, and design custom QWeb reports.
• Diagnose and resolve technical bugs, perform system upgrades, and optimize application performance.
• Partner with project managers and client teams to translate functional specifications into practical technical solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Developer.
• Demonstrated ability to build, customize, and maintain tailored Odoo ERP solutions.
• Experience with various Odoo business modules.

Work Environment

This is a completely remote, part-time position. The successful candidate will work as part of a growing tech team, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across different functions.
