Civil Engineer / Civil Inspector, an experienced Civil Inspector Engineer to join the supervising consulting team on a security systems development project in Dammam. The job holder will be responsible for supervising and inspecting civil works on-site and ensuring their execution according to the drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Roles and responsibilities: • Supervise and inspect civil works on-site. • Review civil drawings, IFC drawings, and technical specifications. • Review Method Statements, ITPs, and execution procedures for civil works. • Supervise security fence works, gates, facilities, inspection points, and related civil works. • Inspect foundations, concrete works, and related civil works. • Inspect civil materials arriving on-site and ensure they meet specifications. • Review inspection requests (RFI). • Monitor quality of execution and contractor works. • Identify discrepancies between approved drawings and on-site reality and coordinate redline drawings when needed. • Coordinate with electrical and mechanical engineers and the security systems team. • Participate in inspections, handover, and punch list closure. • Review As-Built drawings and final documents. • Prepare and contribute to weekly and monthly technical reports. Qualifications and experience: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. • Sufficient experience in supervision of execution or civil inspection. • Experience in construction or infrastructure or industrial projects. • Preference for experience in security projects or works of fences, gates, and facilities. • Good knowledge of drawings, specifications, construction methods, and inspection procedures. • Ability to prepare technical reports and follow up contractor works. • Ability to work on-site as an on-site assessor.
