Job description

Manage the lifecycle of high-value rental assets, spare parts, and consumables while ensuring strict compliance with Saudi Aramco safety standards and local regulations. 

Dispatch & Mobilization: Issue heavy machinery, tools, and specialized oilfield equipment (e.g., generators, air compressors, other equipment) based on approved project requisitions and delivery notes.

Demobilization & Returns: Receive returned equipment from oilfield sites, cross-referencing items against original rental agreements to identify missing components or structural damage

Status Isolation: Segregate returned equipment into defined zones based on technical status: "Ready for Rental," "Under Maintenance/Repair," or "Quarantined/Damaged"

Certification Tracking: Monitor and organize third-party inspection certificates (e.g., lifting equipment certifications) associated with rental assets before they go downhole or offshore.

Technical Inventory & Parts ControlSpare Parts Management: 

Maintain exact inventory levels for critical equipment parts, service kits, filters, and lubricants to prevent delays in preventative maintenance (PM) schedules.MRO Consumables Control: Oversee stock levels for daily Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) items like welding gases, PPE, 

Documentation & ERP SystemsSystem Data Entry: Record all material movements, Goods Received Notes (GRN), and delivery vouchers instantly in corporate ERP software 

.Stock Audits: Conduct routine cycle counts and monthly physical audits to reconcile real-world warehouse stock with ERP tracking data.Discrepancy Reporting: Document and escalate material variances, missing rental tools, or shipping damages immediately to the warehouse manager.

HSE & KSA Regulatory ComplianceHazardous Material Storage: Enforce correct storage rules for hazardous warehouse elements (e.g., industrial batteries, oils, chemical agents) to guarantee safety.Saudi Aramco Safety Standards: Keep the facility aligned with strict oil and gas health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards, ensuring clear emergency walkways and proper forklift zones.Housekeeping: Maintain a tidy, hazard-free warehouse environment to prevent workplace incidents.
