Massage Therapist Job Responsibilities:

* Perform professional massage treatments according to guest needs and spa standards.

* Must have experience in one or more of the following massage techniques:

Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Relaxation Massage, Head Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Bamboo Massage, Sport Massage and similar treatments.

• Assist clients in selecting suitable treatments and ensuring guest comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment.
• Follow spa SOPs, hygiene standards, and company procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and professional environment.

Skills

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Massage Therapist / Spa Therapist in a spa, resort, hotel spa, or wellness center.
• Experience in luxury spa or hotel spa is preferred.

* Must have experience in different massage techniques.

• Additional experience in Pedicure, Manicure, or Moroccan Bath is highly preferred.
• Basic English communication skills are required.

* Professional, hygienic, and guest-focused attitude.
