) Location : Saudi Arabia (Showrooms across major regions including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Madinah) Department : Retail Sales / Business Development Employment Type : Full-Time Job Summary As a Retail Sales Representative / Sleep Consultant , you will maximize showroom revenue by delivering a highly consultative, premium experience for customers purchasing high-end mattresses and bedding products.
You will act as a trusted sleep expert, guiding walk-in customers through Sealy’s advanced ergonomic technologies—such as the Posturepedic and Crown Jewels collections—to help them find the perfect solution for their sleep health and lifestyle needs.
Key Responsibilities Drive Showroom Sales : Greet walk-in showroom visitors and proactively build rapport to convert consultations into completed high-ticket purchases.
Consultative Selling : Evaluate customer sleep habits, comfort preferences, and health needs to recommend suitable premium bedding options.
Product Demonstration : Articulate the values, technical components, and materials of luxury bedding technologies to overcome price objections confidently.
Transaction Management : Process showroom transactions seamlessly using localized Point of Sale (POS) tools, CRM software, and inventory systems.
Order & Delivery Coordination : Act as the direct point of contact to schedule and confirm post-sale delivery logistics with customers.
Merchandising & Upkeep : Maintain strict luxury display standards by organizing product layouts and ensuring the sales floor remains immaculate.
Client Retention : Cultivate long-term customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and positive brand referrals.

Experience & Skills Minimum of 5 years of proven retail experience specializing in high-end mattresses, bedding, or luxury furniture showrooms.
Demonstrated ability to navigate premium consumer psychology and successfully close high-ticket, same-visit sales.
Proficiency handling active retail systems, including POS terminals and digital inventory catalogs .
Excellent cross-functional coordination skills to work smoothly with logistics and warehouse staff.
Language & Demographics Native Arabic language proficiency with intermediate English speaking capabilities.
Must currently reside within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with valid documentation.
Restricted exclusively to Saudi, Lebanese, or Yemeni nationals .
