Single point of accountability to the client on a ~28,000 m² core-and-shell banking HQ — leading the owner's-rep/PMC role over the base-build and the full fit-out design, tender, supervision and handover. Owns programme, cost, quality, compliance and client reporting; directs the design and site teams.
Requirements: 10-15+ yrs project/programme management on major commercial/banking buildings (KSA/GCC) Experience with a top-4 PMC firm Architecture degree PMPSCE-registered Strong in core-and-shell fit-out and site supervision; P6, Procore, SAP, BIM. Arabic a plus.
