Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, utilizing tools like statistical process control (SPC) to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
2. Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and services, documenting findings and collaborating with teams to address any discrepancies and enhance overall quality.
3. Design and execute testing protocols for new products, ensuring they meet quality specifications and regulatory requirements before launch, thereby minimizing risks and enhancing customer satisfaction.
4. Work closely with product development teams to provide quality assurance support throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that quality considerations are integrated into the design and manufacturing processes.
5. Analyze quality data and trends to identify root causes of defects and inefficiencies, using tools such as Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Prepare detailed quality reports for management, summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning.
7. Facilitate training sessions for team members on quality standards and best practices, fostering a culture of quality awareness and accountability across the organization.
8. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that materials and components meet quality specifications, establishing strong relationships to enhance supply chain reliability.
