JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible to the RSAF Directorate of Communications and Information Technology (DCIT) Network Engineering and Computer Center (NECC) for the administration, maintenance, security, and operational support of Microsoft Active Directory services, Docker and Kubernetes services, and Red Hat OpenShift enterprise platforms, ensuring stable, secure, and highly available services.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and support enterprise identity infrastructure
• Ensure reliability and operational readiness of Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift environments
• Perform system upgrades, patching, backup verification, and health checks
• Troubleshoot authentication, infrastructure, and container platform incidents
Job Requirements:
• Strong experience in Microsoft Active Directory administration and troubleshooting •Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Services administration,
• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform administration
• Knowledge of Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and LDAP
• Experience with Identity and Access Management concepts
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and enterprise virtualization
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure and platform-related issues
• Administer and maintain enterprise Active Directory environments
• Deploy, configure, and support Docker and Kubernetes services
• Deploy, configure, and support Red Hat OpenShift clusters
• Manage Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and authentication services
• Monitor platform performance, availability, and security compliance
• Coordinate with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams
