EVARA Engineering is hiring an experienced Senior Resident Engineer to manage site supervision and compliance for a hospital project in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. Location: Eastern Province, KSAKey Responsibilities- Lead, direct, and supervise all construction activities—including civil, architectural finishes, hospital-specific fit-out, and MEP systems—from project initiation through to final testing, commissioning, and handover.- Drive project execution rigorously in line with approved baseline schedules, budgets, and standard key milestones. Immediately flag variances and engineer mitigation strategies.- Evaluate contractor performance, review complex shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and proactively resolve technical, structural, and site-related engineering challenges.- Oversee strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, ensuring a safe working environment specific to large-scale construction zones.- Act as the main technical contact on-site. Write detailed progress reports and confidently update management, clients, and stakeholders on project milestones and timelines. Qualifications & Experience Experience: minimum 15+ years of robust engineering experience in construction supervision, with a definitive track record of delivering Hospital Projects Architectural background is preferred
