About the Role

Next Match AI LLC is seeking a skilled and product-minded App Developer to assume full ownership of its mobile application ecosystem. As the company's automated candidate matching networks and HR API infrastructure experience significant commercial growth, the launch and scaling of low-latency mobile tools across Saudi Arabia is a key strategic initiative. This is a full-time, remote position within Saudi Arabia.

Role Context and Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end mobile development lifecycle. This includes engineering responsive user interfaces, optimizing background performance, and developing API integration architectures. You will collaborate daily with the senior technology and leadership team based in Abu Dhabi. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, building, deploying, and maintaining high-performance native or cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Integrating mobile frontends with complex backend systems and HR API layers, ensuring efficient data caching, minimal battery consumption, and fast state management.
• Translating designs into fluid, responsive mobile views that provide simple and intuitive user onboarding workflows.
• Managing the complete deployment pipeline, including beta testing distribution, version targeting, and submission processes for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Monitoring performance, triaging crashes, optimizing native rendering, and resolving bugs based on system telemetry and user logs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping and maintaining production-ready mobile applications within a B2B SaaS platform, fintech firm, or high-growth tech environment.
• Production-level proficiency in native ecosystems (Swift/Kotlin) or modern cross-platform runtimes (React Native or Flutter), coupled with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming patterns.
• Deep understanding of RESTful/GraphQL client-server communication, offline data storage, and continuous telemetry logging.
• Expertise in version control workflows using Git/GitHub, including branching, merging, code reviews, and continuous deployment.
• Flawless professional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to document code transparently and collaborate effectively across distributed engineering channels.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related quantitative discipline.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time, remote position operating from within Saudi Arabia. The role involves daily collaboration with the senior technology and leadership hub in Abu Dhabi. The salary range for this position is SAR 15,000 – SAR 19,000 per month.
