Job Overview - Supervise and manage end-to-end fieldwork execution for primary market research projects (quantitative and qualitative) - Ensure high-quality data collection aligned with project objectives, timelines, and compliance standards Essential Functions - Plan, coordinate, and oversee fieldwork activities across multiple research projects - Recruit, train, and manage field investigators/interviewers - Assign fieldwork tasks and monitor daily productivity and progress - Ensure adherence to research methodologies, sampling plans, and client requirements - Conduct regular quality checks (back-checks, validation calls, spot checks, audits) - Manage logistics including scheduling, travel, permissions, and materials for field teams - Troubleshoot field challenges and provide on-ground problem resolution - Track project timelines and ensure timely completion within budget - Maintain accurate fieldwork documentation and reporting - Coordinate with internal stakeholders (project managers, data processing teams) - Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and company standards
