The Deputy Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Manager in driving the commercial success, operational excellence, and team development of the Solitaire boutique. As a key leader within the boutique, the role ensures Dior s standards of client experience, retail performance, and team engagement are consistently delivered. The Deputy Boutique Manager acts as a role model for the team and assumes responsibility for the boutique in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
