Amwaj Support Services KSA is building momentum — and we’re looking for a proven business developer who knows how to win large-scale catering and camp management contracts in Saudi Arabia. This is not a passive role. This is for someone already in the market, already connected, and ready to take ownership of real growth.
What you’ll be driving:- New business across construction, oil & gas, healthcare and workforce camps- High-value tenders (government & private sector)- A strong pipeline measured in man-days and contract value- Direct relationships with decision-makers and project stakeholders- Full sales cycle — from first introduction through to contract award
We’re looking for someone who:- Has 5–10 years’ BD experience in KSA- Has won contracts in industrial catering, FM, or workforce support services- Understands man-day-driven contracts (500–10,000+ per day)- Has an active network within contractors, camps, and project environments- Knows the KSA tendering landscape and how to navigate it
