Job Details

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and optimizing marketing strategies, analyzing business processes and finances, implementing business plans, and establishing effective networks.
Key Accountabilities:
Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities to increase profitability. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue. Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships. Analyze and expand business operations toward sustained growth. Identify and develop new lines of business based on consumer behavior. Lead and assist in pre-deal activities including identifying opportunities, negotiating term sheets, and developing business cases, preparing presentations on the opportunity for executive leadership, and coordinating with legal and other departments on the closing of the opportunity. Perform competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share. Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding strategies. Prepare presentations on selected business ideas. Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field.
Experience:2-3 years of experience in the same field. Skills/Attributes:Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion. Ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior. Competency in negotiating and closing business deals. Interpersonal and communication skills. High command of MS Applications such as Word, Power Point, Excel, etc. Fluency in English in both written and oral.
