Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist with a strong background in the logistics sector to drive growth and expand our client base in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development, an established network of industry contacts, and a solid understanding of Saudi regulations, government procedures, and compliance requirements related to logistics operations. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Leverage existing industry connections to generate leads and secure new contracts. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion. Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective business strategies. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Ensure all business activities comply with Saudi laws, regulations, and governmental requirements. Liaise with government entities and regulatory bodies when required. Monitor performance metrics and report on business development progress.
Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, business administration or a related field. Proven experience in business development within the logistics or transportation industry. Strong network and established connections within the Saudi logistics market. In-depth knowledge of Saudi laws, regulations, and government procedures related to logistics and trad. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Fluency in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
