Provide legal advice and guidance on regulatory and compliance matters.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to protect the organisation's interests.Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international laws and regulations.Manage legal disputes and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.Develop and implement policies and procedures to minimise legal risks.Advise senior management on legal implications of business strategies and decisions.Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure awareness of legal and compliance obligations.Stay updated on legal developments and trends affecting their industry.


Profile

A successful Legal Director should have:
A degree in Law from a recognised institution.Extensive knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks within the retail sector.Proven experience in managing legal teams and providing strategic legal advice.Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills.Ability to handle complex legal disputes effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
