We are seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Development Engineer to lead the approvals and qualifications of our Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear products. The successful candidate will ensure that our products comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. This role is crucial in obtaining the necessary certifications, managing product testing, and coordinating with regulatory bodies and clients for product approvals.

Skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations for LV switchgear products (e.g., IEC, UL, etc.).
• Proven experience in handling product approvals, certifications, and qualifications in the electrical industry.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and test reports.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with product testing and validation processes.

• Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001 or similar).
• Previous experience working with certification bodies and regulatory authorities.
• Knowledge of electrical switchgear design and manufacturing processes.
