Sales Associate

Job Purpose:


A Sales Associate delivers an engaging and knowledgeable service that attracts our potential customers to generate quality new sales and ultimately drive the commercial performance of the company.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  1. Reach individual and overall sales targets
  2. Demonstrate profound product knowledge, promotions and advertisements
  3. Ensure that boutique cleanliness and hygiene standards are always maintained, and all products are handled accordingly
  4. Maintain merchandise and ensure proper display, storage, etc.
  5. Assure smooth boutique opening, closing procedure
  6. Ensure daily check lists are filled in when opening / closing
  7. Use the prescribed selling techniques to provide customers with a friendly, courteous experience
  8. Operate the cash register to accurately compute the price of the product and receive payment
  9. Arrange and prepare all gift orders according to the sales order in coordination with team and in charge of the boutique.
  10. . Accurately record the product usage in the system.
  11. Control shrinkage, product damages & report Boutique Manager, if any
  12. . Participate in monthly inventory process
  13. . Report to the boutique manager on customer feedback and complaints
  14. . Monitor stock levels and share findings with your manager

Skills

Requirement:

 

·        Presentable

·        Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

·        Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

·        Ability to build relationships with customers and peers

·        Minimum 1 year of retail or FMCG experience is required


Qualification requirements:

·        High School graduate or above
