Sadan Saudi Company in the contracting sector announces its desire to attract national talent to fill the position of Project Director, to assume overall responsibility for leading and managing all company projects.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the company's project portfolio and oversee all project managers.
• Ensure the achievement of time, technical, financial, and contractual targets.
• Oversee budgets and costs, and monitor project profitability.
• Manage cash flows and prepare future cash flow forecasts.
• Follow up on payment certificates, invoices, and collections, and ensure liquidity efficiency.
• Monitor actual costs and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
• Manage financial and time claims and change orders to protect company rights.
• Oversee planning, execution, risk management, and handling of distressed projects.
• Develop the project management system and enhance the efficiency of performance and resources.
• Prepare executive reports and performance indicators.

Qualifications and Experience:

• The applicant must be a Saudi national.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in the contracting sector and water and infrastructure projects.
• Direct practical experience in managing and executing water and infrastructure projects is required, including:

1. Water Treatment Plants (WTP).
2. Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) desalination plants.
3. Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP).
4. Wastewater lifting and pumping stations.
5. Water pumping stations.
6. Main water transmission lines and networks.
7. Leadership experience in managing multiple projects in parallel and overseeing project managers.
8. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Professional Certifications:

• PMP is a prerequisite.
• PMI-SP / PMI-RMP / CCP / FIDIC are an added advantage.
