Role Overview

Stranger Soccer is seeking a License Owner / Operator to establish and grow its local football operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves building a local football community and managing all operational aspects of the Stranger Soccer experience in the city. The position offers an opportunity to lead a local operation supported by established technology and global expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Growing the local player community in Riyadh.
• Securing football venues and establishing local partnerships.
• Recruiting and managing Official Hosts for games.
• Leading marketing and community-building initiatives.
• Ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality game experiences.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• A strong passion for football combined with local market insight.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and ability to take ownership.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build relationships and foster community growth.

Operational Support

The License Owner / Operator will function with independence in developing the local operation while receiving continuous support, technology, and operational guidance from Stranger Soccer's headquarters in Singapore.
