تبحث شركة Datamatics Technologies عن مهندس منصة (Platform Engineer) ذي خبرة لشغل وظيفة تعاقدية في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية. يركز هذا الدور على دعم عمليات التثبيت، والتهيئة، والتكامل، والتشغيل لمنصة بيانات حديثة داخل مقر العمل (on-premises). سيتولى مهندس المنصة إدارة إعداد البنية التحتية، وإدارة المنصة، وتكامل الأمان، وإدارة البيئات، وموثوقية المنصة عبر بيئات التطوير، وضمان الجودة، والإنتاج.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تثبيت وتهيئة وإدارة مكونات منصة البيانات داخل بيئة عمل داخلية.
- نشر وإدارة بنية بحيرة البيانات (Data Lakehouse) المعتمدة على MinIO Object Storage و Apache Iceberg.
- تثبيت وتهيئة وتحسين منصات Starburst و/أو Dremio لغرض افتراضية البيانات والاستعلام.
- نشر وإدارة ودعم مجموعات Apache Spark وخدمات المعالجة.
- تثبيت وتهيئة وإدارة مكونات Informatica، وضمان التكامل السلس مع النظام البيئي للمنصة.
- تهيئة وصيانة بيئات التطوير، وضمان الجودة، والإنتاج.
- دمج مكونات المنصة مع خدمات أمان المؤسسات، بما في ذلك إدارة الهوية والوصول (IAM)، وإدارة الوصول المتميز (PAM)، وActive Directory / LDAP، وتسجيل الدخول الموحد (SSO)، والتحكم في الوصول القائم على الأدوار (RBAC).
- تنفيذ ودعم ممارسات DevOps و CI/CD القائمة على Git.
- إدارة عمليات المراقبة، وتسجيل البيانات (Logging)، والنسخ الاحتياطي، والتعافي من الكوارث، والجاهزية التشغيلية.
- التعاون مع فرق البنية التحتية والأمن والتطبيقات لضمان استقرار المنصة وتوافرها وأدائها.
- استكشاف أخطاء النشر والتهيئة والتكامل والاتصال وإصلاحها عبر حزمة المنصة بالكامل.

About the Role
Datamatics Technologies is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer for a contract position in Al Jubail, Eastern region. This role focuses on supporting the installation, configuration, integration, and operationalization of an on-premises modern data platform. The Platform Engineer will manage infrastructure setup, platform administration, security integration, environment management, and platform reliability across Development, QA, and Production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and administer data platform components within an on-premises environment.
- Deploy and manage MinIO Object Storage and Apache Iceberg-based data lakehouse architecture.
- Install, configure, and optimize Starburst and/or Dremio platforms for data virtualization and querying.
- Deploy, administer, and support Apache Spark clusters and processing services.
- Install, configure, and manage Informatica components, ensuring seamless integration with the platform ecosystem.
- Configure and maintain Development, QA, and Production environments.
- Integrate platform components with enterprise security services, including Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Active Directory / LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Implement and support Git-based DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Manage monitoring, logging, backup, disaster recovery, and operational readiness processes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure platform stability, availability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot deployment, configuration, integration, and connectivity issues across the platform stack.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in deploying enterprise data platforms within highly secured environments. This role requires strong capabilities in troubleshooting, operational support, and infrastructure management.
