Key Responsibilities• Supervise daily fabrication activities, including structural steel, metal, and custom fabrication works.• Ensure fabrication work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.• Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC personnel, and project managers to achieve production targets.• Monitor fabrication schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned work.• Inspect fabricated components for dimensional accuracy and quality before dispatch or installation.• Allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment efficiently to maximize productivity.• Ensure compliance with workplace Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.• Identify and resolve fabrication issues and implement corrective actions when required.• Maintain production reports, fabrication records, and daily progress documentation.• Train, guide, and supervise fabrication teams to maintain high performance and workmanship standards.???? Qualifications• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication Technology, or a related technical field is preferred.• Proven experience as a Fabrication Supervisor in construction, steel fabrication, or industrial manufacturing projects.• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is preferred.????️ Required Skills• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication, metal fabrication, and welding processes.• Ability to read and interpret engineering, fabrication, and shop drawings.• Excellent leadership, planning, and team management skills.• Strong understanding of fabrication quality standards and inspection procedures.• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.• Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.????
