Job Overview We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Success Factors Expert with strong hands-on expertise across Employee Central, Time Off, EC Payroll, PMGM, and Success Factors integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience supporting KSA, UAE, and multi-country payroll environments, with deep knowledge of PCRs and Payroll Schemas. The candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and end-to-end delivery across Success Factors and SAP S/4HANA landscapes.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC). Configure and support Time Off, including Time Types, Time Accounts, Time Profiles, Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, accruals, and related business rules. Provide strong functional expertise in Employee Central Payroll (ECP), particularly for KSA, UAE, and multi-country payroll requirements. Demonstrate hands-on expertise in SAP Payroll Control Records (PCRs) and Payroll Schemas, including configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and payroll processing. Work extensively on cross-module Success Factors integrations between EC, Time Off, PMGM, Payroll, and other SF modules. Design and implement integrations between SAP Success Factors and SAP S/4HANA using SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI). Analyze integration requirements, define integration mappings, troubleshoot interface failures, and ensure reliable data synchronization across systems. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Success Factors solutions. Lead workshops, prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and support SIT/UAT. Manage cutover, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities. Provide technical/functional guidance to project teams and ensure adherence to SAP best practices. Strong experience in global/multi-country Success Factors and payroll implementations. Experience working with Middle East payroll requirements, particularly KSA and UAE. SAP Success Factors and/or SAP Payroll certifications will be an advantage. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as a Success Factors SME/Lead and provide solution-level guidance.
