Desired Candidate Profile
Degree in English Language with QTS and/or PGCE or BEd Senior & FET Phase (Specialism English Language)
Proven track record of teaching English Language and Literature across secondary school (IB DP experience would be preferred)
At least 5-6 years teaching experience in a school setting
Experience in organising literary projects, debates, drama productions, and extracurricular initiatives that enrich students engagement with texts
Ability to inspire students to develop critical thinking, creativity, and a passion for reading and writing
Creative in designing engaging lessons that balance textual analysis, writing skills, and collaborative learning
Adaptable to diverse cultural settings with inclusive and student-centered teaching practices
