About the Role

Qawal Contracting Foundation is looking for Project Management Director to join its team in Buraidah, Qassim. The holder of this role will be responsible for supervising maintenance, operation, and irrigation projects, managing the work teams, in addition to preparing operational plans and technical reports. The position requires practical experience ranging from 2 to 5 years and is full-time.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Supervising the processes of plans to develop and implement projects and programs in the entity.
• Directing and following up on budget estimation processes and determining the human, technical, and equipment requirements needed for execution, and ensuring their availability on time and within the estimated cost.
• Supervising project assumption identification processes and all internal interplays with other projects or programs in the entity to ensure optimal utilization of all available resources.
• Identifying project risks and the steps required to avoid and resolve them in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Coordinating with the project team to review completed work and remaining stages.
• Ensuring adherence to the project scope, adopted project management standards, and quality specifications, and managing change processes based on the planned plans.
• Coordinating and following up on the finalization of main project stages and project closure.
• Assessing the level of achievement of project outputs to its main objectives.
• Ensuring the transfer of all related knowledge and experiences and documenting all documents, templates, and project reports.
• Supervising the preparation of project progress reports, project challenges and risks management reports, and performance indicators and project success factors reports periodically.
• Raising related reports to the various stakeholders in the project and submitting them to the upper management of the entity.

Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging between 2 to 5 years in managing maintenance, operation, and irrigation projects.
• Preferably experience gained from government projects or similar projects in terms of nature of work or size.

Skills and Competencies

• Ability to manage work teams effectively.
• High proficiency in preparing operational plans.
• Ability to prepare accurate and comprehensive technical reports.
