Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead the establishment, development, and growth of a new healthcare company specializing in medical supplies, medical equipment & facility outfitting, and healthcare operations.
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in the Saudi healthcare market, with an established track record in NUPCO, Ministry of Health, government tenders, hospitals, and private healthcare providers.
The role will be responsible for building the business from the ground up, developing the commercial strategy, establishing supplier and client relationships, securing contracts and tenders, and overseeing operations and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the establishment and launch of the company’s medical business.* Develop and execute the company’s business plan, commercial strategy, and go-to-market plan.* Build the company’s portfolio across: * Medical supplies and consumables * Medical equipment * Hospital and medical facility outfitting * Healthcare operations and related services* Lead business development with NUPCO, Ministry of Health, government entities, hospitals, medical groups, and private healthcare providers.* Manage NUPCO opportunities, government tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and procurement processes from opportunity identification through award and execution.* Develop relationships with international and local manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers and negotiate commercial agreements.* Identify opportunities for exclusive distribution or agency agreements.* Build pricing strategies, cost structures, margins, and commercial proposals.* Develop and manage the sales pipeline and revenue targets.* Oversee contract execution, procurement, supply chain, and project delivery.* Recruit and build the required sales, tendering, procurement, and operations teams.* Establish internal processes, KPIs, reporting, and performance monitoring.* Ensure compliance with relevant Saudi healthcare regulations and requirements.* Report directly to shareholders/board on business performance, pipeline, contracts, profitability, and strategic opportunities.
Required Experience:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in the Saudi healthcare sector.* Proven experience in medical supplies, medical equipment, healthcare projects, or hospital operations.* Previous direct experience with NUPCO is mandatory.* Strong experience with government tenders and healthcare procurement.* Previous dealings with Ministry of Health, government hospitals, or major private hospital groups.* Strong network within the Saudi healthcare market.* Demonstrated ability to generate business and secure contracts.* Experience dealing with medical manufacturers, suppliers, and international principals.* Strong commercial, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.* Experience establishing or growing a healthcare business/unit is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Engineering, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related field.* MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.* Strong knowledge of the Saudi healthcare procurement ecosystem.* Arabic and English proficiency
