About Gulfmaid and the Opportunity

Gulfmaid is seeking experienced Production Engineers to join our dedicated production team. This full-time role is based in the Makkah region, with specific opportunities available in both Jeddah and Makkah. We are looking for professionals to contribute to our Pipe and Thermoforming production sections, focusing on operational excellence and efficiency.

Role Purpose

The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily manufacturing processes within their assigned section. This position involves ensuring consistent machine performance, achieving production targets, and implementing strategies to minimize waste and downtime. The role is central to maintaining high standards of quality and productivity across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production operations, including machine performance, output, waste, and downtime.
• Support production planning initiatives and contribute to the achievement of quality and productivity targets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and process-related issues effectively.
• Lead root cause analysis for operational discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Identify and implement opportunities to reduce scrap, optimize cycle times, and minimize production losses.
• Coordinate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure integrated operations.
• Ensure full compliance with all established safety protocols and quality requirements.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Production Engineer position must possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role. Experience within pipe manufacturing or thermoforming operations is preferred.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position within Gulfmaid's facilities. The role is based in the Makkah region, with specific assignments available in Jeddah and Makkah, requiring on-site presence to manage and monitor production activities.
