Role Description The Forklift Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Jubail. This role is responsible for operating forklifts and related material handling equipment to move, load, and unload industrial equipment and supplies safely within warehouses, yards, and job sites. Day-to-day tasks include receiving and organizing shipments, staging equipment for delivery or collection, assisting with packing and securing loads, and supporting inventory control and documentation processes. The Forklift Operator collaborates closely with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure materials are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards. The role also involves routine equipment checks, reporting any maintenance needs, and following company procedures to maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Forklift Operation skills and experience with industrial material handling equipment. Candidates having experience to Saudi Aramco site will have an added advantage. Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving to support accurate documentation, inspection, and tracking of incoming and outgoing materials. Candidates should possess skills in Unloading and Material Handling to safely move and position heavy equipment and supplies. Candidates should possess skills in Packing to properly secure loads for storage and transport, following safety and quality standards. Valid forklift license or certification, with knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, construction, or industrial environments is preferred. Ability to read and follow work orders, safety instructions, and basic inventory documents. Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials and to work in outdoor and industrial conditions. Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to work both independently and in a team. Basic communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
